We are an online shop selling detailing products and car care products. Our website is designed to be as easy to use as possible and is regularly updated. Stock is monitored through the site so items offered for sale should be available to buy. On the rare occasion that goods are out of stock, we will not accept any liability for any inconvenience caused. We will notify you of any stock unavailability within 24 hours of placing your order with us and you will have the option to cancel or amend your order.
Working Hours
Our working hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you can contact dmddetailingstoresales@hotmail.co.uk. You will receive an acknowledgement of your enquiry within 1 working day. If you prefer you can call us on 07763 425476, if there is no answer then please leave your name, address and your query, if your call is relating to an order please state the order number. Your call will be returned within 1 working day.

Purchasing Items from the Website
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment from credit and debit cards plus PayPal.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we send you an invoice this will indicate our acceptance of your order, and hence a contract will exist between us. This term is included to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made with our pricing, where goods are inadvertently under priced, or we are no longer able to supply a required product. In the case of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
We are unable to take credit card payments over the phone, this protects you as your card details are not stored by us but instead processed using a secure payment facility.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. These regulations mean that DMD Detailing as suppliers of electrical equipment must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge on a like for like basis.
We will gladly take back any like for like electrical or electronic items when you buy an electrical product from us free of charge, however should you decided to post the items back to us the cost of doing so will need to be met by you the customer and any such items will need to be returned within 28 days.
On receipt of any returned items we will take them to a local recycling centre where they will be recycled in the correct manner.
As part of the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, these items must be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.
Why recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
