The Cobra Bone is an alternative to a Microfibre Wash Mitt it maintains the water capacity of an ordinary sponge, but its soft microfibre covering is much safer for your paint.
The Cobra Bone is a thick foam pad covered in fluffy, soft Cobra microfibre. Rather than the dense loops found in our towels, this microfibre is open-ended to form millions of tiny fingers. The fingers gently scrub the surface of your vehicle to remove contaminants, but they will never scratch. The pile is deep enough to allow loose grit to migrate into the fibres rather than be dragged across the paint surface. Since the fibres are open-ended instead of looped, they release gritty particles into the rinse water rather than holding them within the loops.
The inner foam pad is 3 inches thick and bone-shaped for an easy grip, even with wet hands. The overall dimensions of The Cobra Bone Sponge are 9” x 5”. The dense foam pad holds an abundance of soapy water so the paint surface is well-lubricated as you wash.
